Kasi Patten: Founder
Advocate. Fitness enthusiast. Eternal student. Kasi has always been one to advocate and fight for those who need it. While working as a pilates instructor, she learned about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder. She found herself signing up for every CEU and newsletter she could find to be able to support her clients as best as she could. Then she realized, in order to support you must initiate. Thats when the LA Hypermobility Support Collective was born.
Kasi began her pilates training in 2020 in Tyler, Texas. In 2021, she moved back to her hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana and began working at a physical therapy clinic as a personal trainer and instructor. Through this business, she was inspired to become a physical therapy assistant and will graduate with her degree from Bossier Parish Community College in 2025. Kasi is an Ehlers Danlos Society ECHO Project educated practitioner. She also holds further certifications in myofascial releasing and Muscle Energy Techniques.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
